Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn the payroll lifecycle, customer collaboration, and SaaS-based business processes. You will assist in supporting and implementing payroll solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in onboarding new payroll clients and understanding their business needs. • Support the creation and setup of payroll workflows under the guidance of senior team members. • Help collect, prepare, and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy. • Coordinate with technical teams to support system configurations and integrations. • Stay updated on basic U.S. payroll compliance concepts (training provided). • Participate in internal and client-facing training sessions related to payroll tools and processes. • Deliver exceptional service and support to clients during and after onboarding.
