𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Identify, connect, and onboard new colleges and universities across India

• Leverage your EdTech network to open doors and build trusted relationships

• Conduct high-impact demos (online/offline) for Placement Officers and Directors

complete sales cycle

ClickUp (or similar tools)

• Create and maintain structured sales processes to ensure repeatability and scale

• Design lead generation campaigns in coordination with marketing teams

• Build dashboards, maintain lead databases, and analyze performance metrics

• Represent HRFY.ai in webinars, campus events, and education expos

• Continuously refine sales playbooks based on feedback and data


𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

EdTech Sales / College Partnerships / B2B SaaS

• Strong connects within the Indian higher education ecosystem (TPOs, Deans, etc.)

ClickUp / HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive

• Ability to create structured lead funnels, reports, and performance dashboards

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi; regional advantage)

• Hands-on experience conducting product demos and managing institutional accounts

• Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset

• Entrepreneurial spirit — self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
