Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual looking to kick-start their career in technology sales. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with excellent communication skills, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Lead Qualification:

    Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential as viable sales opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting:

    Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to understand their needs and secure initial sales appointments for Senior Sales Executives.
  • Email Marketing:

    Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales funnel.
  • Outreach:

    Conduct a high volume of calls and personalized emails to connect with potential leads and introduce them to RealCoderz's offerings.
  • Follow-Up:

    Implement a rigorous follow-up strategy to ensure consistent communication with leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
