Operations Manager

RealCoderz is a leader in AI-powered CCTV security and attendance solutions. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own the entire post-sale customer journey. You will lead the seamless deployment of our integrated hardware and software, ensuring a world-class experience from initial setup and proof-of-concept (POC) to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle

  , from project planning and SOW creation to final system deployment.

• Manage all onsite logistics

  for hardware installation (CCTV cameras, servers), coordinating with clients and third-party technicians.

• Lead customer Proof of Concept (POC) trials

  , defining success criteria and ensuring a smooth evaluation.

• Drive customer success

  through effective onboarding, training, and acting as the primary contact for post-implementation support.

• Develop and optimize scalable processes

  for implementation and support to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management or operations role deploying integrated hardware and software solutions.
• Proven expertise in managing onsite installations, logistics, and coordinating with field teams.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the physical security or CCTV industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 30%).
