Job Description

Job Title:

The Role

RealCoderz is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team in Noida and help build our core platform for AI-powered security and surveillance solutions. In this role, you will work across our entire stack, developing back-end services in Python/Django, creating dynamic user interfaces in ReactJS, and contributing to a collaborative, agile team.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Django and ReactJS.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and manage relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and contribute to our CI/CD DevOps pipeline.
Collaborate with the team in code reviews and agile sprints to deliver high-quality software.

What You'll Need

1-3 years of professional full stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
Solid experience with modern JavaScript and the ReactJS library.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps concepts (Docker, Git).
AI Exposure is preferred
