The Role

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Lead to build and execute our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, creating compelling content, and driving demand generation to establish Realcoderz as an industry thought leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

  Develop and create engaging content including

  blog posts

  ,

  social media

  updates, and

  videos

  to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Digital Marketing & SEO:

  Manage and execute

  SEO

  strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic, analyzing performance to refine tactics.

• Agency Coordination:

  Coordinate with external marketing agencies

  for specialized SEO and paid advertising (SEM/PPC) campaigns, ensuring performance and ROI.

• Product & Website Collaboration:

  Work closely with the product team

  to translate technical features into compelling marketing messages and

  coordinate all updates to the company website

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience

  in a B2B marketing role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI.
• A strong portfolio of

  content

  created for digital channels (blogs, social media, video).
• Proven experience with

  SEO

  principles and digital marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies.
• A self-starter with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
