About Vandan

Vandan is pioneering a new category in India’s $50B+ spiritual economy. We are building the country’s first Ritual as a Service platform, bridging ancient traditions with modern technology.


We are looking for a high-ownership Marketing Partner to serve as our outsourced CMO. You will take full accountability for Vandan’s growth, moving beyond execution to strategic category leadership.


Core Responsibilities

As the lead for our 360-degree marketing function, your scope includes:


  • Strategic Planning: Developing and pivoting tailored marketing strategies across Vandan’s various ritual verticals.
  • Full-Stack Content Management: End-to-end planning, creation, and management of content that respects tradition while driving digital engagement.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics: Complete ownership of ad spend and ROI. You will build and maintain live dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.
  • Strategic Oversight: While existing team members handle SEO and Brand Management execution initially, you are responsible for the strategy and ultimate accountability of their results.
  • Physical Branding: Overseeing offline branding initiatives and physical collateral as required for Vandan’s on-ground presence.

Key Requirements

  • Outcome-Obsessed: You thrive on meeting monthly and quarterly objectives. You prefer being judged on results rather than hours logged.
  • Strategic & Tactical: You can build a high-level funnel but aren't afraid to dive into the data or the copy to fix a bottleneck.
  • Experience: Rich experience of 3-5 year in various marketing areas.


Performance-Based Compensation

We believe in aligning incentives. Your compensation will follow a Hybrid Model:


Fixed Retainer: A lean base to ensure consistent engagement.


Performance Upside: Monthly bonuses calculated on a 1–5 Star Rating System based on pre-aligned KPIs (e.g., User Acquisition, Ritual Bookings, Brand Sentiment).
