Job Title: Business Development Partner

Role Summary:

We’re hiring a Business Development Partner to run a full-cycle sales desk—from intelligent prospecting to discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, and closing on calls. You’ll engage decision-makers with credibility, steward relationships, and drive revenue with professionalism and reliability. Punctuality, consistency, and executive-ready communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle: research & prospect, outreach, qualify, discovery, propose, negotiate, and close.
  • Engage prospects via calls, email, and meetings; tailor angles that solve real business problems.
  • Handle objections thoughtfully; remove roadblocks and keep deals moving.
  • Schedule and run meetings; manage a disciplined follow-up cadence.
  • Use data/analytics (conversion rates, pipeline health, activity metrics) to prioritize and improve.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: accurate notes, next steps, and reliable forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with delivery and ensure a smooth handover.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue).
