Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to manage key accounts, develop strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting clients with appropriate solutions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies for assigned regions and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through projects and solution-based offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, partners, and distributors to develop effective proposals and customer solutions.
  • Provide customers with suitable pricing, configurations, and solution options based on their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
  • Ability to understand, position, and articulate technical solutions clearly.
  • Confident and persuasive, with the ability to handle objections and challenges effectively.

  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and the local language is required.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
