Data Quality Analyst – Loan IQ & Corporate Lending

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst with strong Loan IQ functional expertise, corporate lending domain knowledge, and hands-on SQL skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues related to loan operations and servicing. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, a keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate existing data quality issues, provide detailed analysis, and define mitigation or resolution plans.
• Perform data profiling to assess data content, structure, and quality.
• Identify and execute data cleansing and validation procedures to correct inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to communicate findings and drive data quality improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring data quality issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Validate data corrections post-processing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Document findings, methodologies, and resolutions clearly and effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

• Loan IQ functional and accounting experience or a strong background in loan operations.
• Deep understanding of Corporate Lending and Loan Servicing processes.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

Desired Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality tools, or reporting tools is a plus.
