About the Role

Sales Associate

Candidates with prior experience in academy / education sales, as well as freshers with a strong interest in sales and finance education, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and explain academic programs and service offerings to prospective clients
Connect with leads through calls, meetings, and digital follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or solutions
Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to conversion
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance
Participate in training and product knowledge sessions

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience in sales, academy/education counseling is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales are encouraged
Strong communication and persuasion abilities
Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
Willingness to work from Kochi
