About ParcelHub

ParcelHub is a technology-driven courier aggregator. We help e-commerce sellers and businesses connect with multiple courier partners through a single platform. Our solution simplifies booking, COD reconciliation, reporting, and courier management — helping clients scale their shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads (e-commerce merchants, SMEs, local businesses) for ParcelHub’s aggregator services.
  • Prospect via cold calling, emails, field visits, networking, and digital channels.
  • Present ParcelHub’s value proposition — cost-efficient courier rates, COD handling, reporting, and platform benefits — to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives — digital campaigns, events, brand awareness, collateral.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline in CRM / Excel.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback; suggest go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales & marketing reports and forecasts to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales or marketing, preferably in logistics, courier, or e-commerce (or related B2B sales). (Similar to roles in courier companies)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to hit sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with a CRM tool.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and energy.
  • Willingness to travel (meet clients) as needed.
