Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to lead business development for our IT wing. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology or software solution sales

Roles & Responsibilities :

Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business unit leadership to define, develop and contribute to thought leadership that includes research studies, white papers, sales guides, perspectives, and points-of-view.

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage client relationships.

Prepare and deliver effective product presentations and proposals.

Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to closing deals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Create marketing campaigns, brochures, and digital promotions to enhance brand visibility.

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company.

Maintain accurate sales pipelines and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).

2–8 years of experience in IT / Software solution sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and digital marketing.

Ability to understand technical products and communicate them effectively.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of applicable accounting standards and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
