Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development (Corporate Sales) for Ludhiana location (Field Sales).
This is an Individual Contributor role responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and maximizing revenue through B2B sales in the Corporate, BFSI, and Fintech sectors.

The ideal candidate is a hunter profile with strong corporate sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads in Corporate and BFSI segments.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, General Managers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Execute end-to-end field sales cycles including prospecting, cold calling, pitching, product demos, negotiations, and closures.
  • Plan and monitor sales operations to achieve accelerated growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and propose suitable Rubix solutions.
  • Ensure complete order fulfilment and adherence to SLAs by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Represent Rubix in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Share regular sales updates and reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) with senior management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating knowledge of risk management, compliance, and supply chain challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in B2B field sales, with exposure to BFSI, Corporates, Banks, and Financial Institutions.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in Corporate/Enterprise sales (Digital Products / SaaS / Information Products preferred).
  • Comfortable meeting and selling to CXOs and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and close large deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and consultative selling approach.
  • Self-driven, hardworking, fearless, and innovative mindset.
