We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for developing strategic business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including enterprises, SMBs, and government agencies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and new market segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and ensure alignment with their cybersecurity goals.

Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's cybersecurity products and services.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, and white papers.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years and above of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
