Sales and Business Development Manager

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with high-end architects and interior designers to showcase our handcrafted carpets and secure new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Represent Hands effectively as the Sales & Business Development Manager - Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to provide top-notch customer service - Build strong relationships with architects and interior designers to generate business leads - Stay updated on current products, trends, and collections to effectively inform customers - Meet and exceed seasonal sales targets set by the company - Understand the needs of assigned accounts and educate internal teams on business processes and consumer dynamics - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with accounts, including organizing client meetings and engagements - Analyze customer sell-through to identify strengths and areas for improvement, taking necessary actions - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies and plans to support account growth Qualifications Required: - Relevant sales experience in the luxury interior industry - Strong networking abilities with a knack for building and maintaining relationships - Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to surpass targets and deadlines - Proficient in negotiation, social interaction, and influencing skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or in teams - Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills - Leadership qualities with a teamwork-oriented approach - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Willingness to travel across Maharashtra to arrange meetings with potential clients - Possess a personal database of architects and designers for business development purposes Join us at Hands to be a part of a legacy in handcrafted carpets and rugs, and contribute to our continued success in the luxury interior industry.,
