The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development professional who thrives at the intersection of health, tech, and people. Someone who can turn conversations into meaningful partnerships, open new verticals, and become an early driving force behind InnerGize’s growth story.


What You'll Do

  • Drive B2B outreach across corporate wellness, hospitals, clinics, and fitness ecosystems
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, tailored to client needs
  • Assist with maintaining the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline building to negotiation and closing
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional partners
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and new partnership avenues
  • Collaborate with product & marketing teams to align messaging and client feedback
  • Track performance metrics, lead funnels, and revenue targets using analytical dashboards
  • Represent InnerGize with empathy, clarity, and purpose, helping clients understand the value of stress resilience and nervous system health


What We're Looking For

  1. 2+ years of experience

    in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  2. Prior exposure to

    health-tech, wellness-tech, or healthcare ecosystems

    (preferred)
  3. Strong understanding of

    B2B client cycles

    : outreach → demo → negotiation → onboarding
  4. Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

    (written + verbal)
  5. An

    analytical, metrics-driven approach

    to tracking growth pipelines
  6. Ability to identify and unlock opportunities across

    corporate wellness, clinics, hospitals, gyms, and wellness brands

  7. Comfort working in a

    fast-paced startup environment
