Key Requirements: Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, services, and market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Roles & Responsibilities 1. New Business Development Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and market outreach Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into revenue 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Ensure customer satisfaction and high retention levels 3. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends Collaborate with management to develop customized logistics solutions 4. Negotiation & Reporting Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports and business forecasts 5.
