Role Description

Sales and Business Development


Key responsibilities include:

  • Emailing and engaging with B2B clients to address inquiries and build strong relationships.
  • Managing the client portfolio, from handling existing accounts to generating new leads.
  • Converting marketing efforts into sales opportunities, ensuring smooth alignment between campaigns and revenue growth.
  • Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing sales operations, training sales personnel, and consistently meeting sales targets.


The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, relationship management, and strategic sales skills, capable of driving both growth and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to train and guide sales teams
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills
  • Consistent record of achieving sales targets
  • Capable of working independently and in teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
