Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The position involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing and expanding customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality client service. Key responsibilities include: Emailing and engaging with B2B clients to address inquiries and build strong relationships. Managing the client portfolio, from handling existing accounts to generating new leads. Converting marketing efforts into sales opportunities, ensuring smooth alignment between campaigns and revenue growth. Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities. Managing sales operations, training sales personnel, and consistently meeting sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, relationship management, and strategic sales skills, capable of driving both growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Proven experience in sales and sales management Ability to train and guide sales teams Good interpersonal and networking skills Consistent record of achieving sales targets Capable of working independently and in teams Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the essential oils/aroma industry is an advantage
