QC & QA Manager

As a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager at K V Aromatics Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the premium-quality mint products and natural essential oils meet industry standards and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing quality control procedures throughout the production process - Conducting internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, GMP, FSSAI, Kosher, and Halal - Investigating and addressing non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer quality requirements - Maintaining documentation for regulatory audits, batch records, and certifications - Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality - Supporting R&D and production in validating and scaling up new formulations - Serving as a point of contact for quality-related customer queries and support - Staying updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field - Proven experience in quality assurance/control in the essential oils, flavor & fragrance, or chemical industry - Strong knowledge of industry certifications and quality management systems - Expertise in auditing, compliance, and documentation - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Effective communication and team collaboration abilities - Certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, HACCP, or Six Sigma are a strong plus If you are passionate about natural products, excel in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to contribute to a global leader like K V Aromatics, we welcome you to apply and be a part of Team K.V.
