About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

SailPoint Developer

to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in

SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ

, along with a strong background in Java, Linux, IAM lifecycle processes, and Agile delivery methods. This role involves end-to-end development, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of IAM solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

· Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable identity lifecycle and access management across platforms.

advanced LCM workflows

rules, workflows, applications, tasks, connectors, UI pages, and reports

workgroups, roles, and SoD rules

consultative technical deployments

adoption of SailPoint features

control adoption templates

review and optimize SailPoint IGA

policies and standards

information assets

flowcharts, process workflows

security policies, compliance standards, and IAM best practices

· Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.

MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence

business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ

Java development

custom development

troubleshooting

Agile delivery

Familiarity with integrating SailPoint with common enterprise systems (e.g.,

Working knowledge of
MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

SailPoint Certified
professional.
Experience in handling large-scale SailPoint deployments across multiple business units.
