Job Description

Hello,

CyberSolve is looking for qualified SailPoint ISC/ IDN developers and Architects.

Analyze existing SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow implementations and identify improvement areas.
Suggest best practices and contribute to IGA roadmaps (implementation, upgrade, transformation).
Develop and support SailPoint solutions including:

Application onboarding
Access reviews & certifications
Automated provisioning/de-provisioning
Lifecycle events & workflows

Integrate SailPoint with authoritative sources like AD, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
Configure connectors and onboard multiple target applications (LDAP/AD, JDBC, O365, SAP HR, SAP GRC, CSV apps).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access issues.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, SQL).
Provide production support, enhancements, and environment deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow and/or IIQ.
Strong hands-on experience in application onboarding and integrations.
Good understanding of IGA concepts and identity lifecycle management.
Strong coding/scripting skills (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, SQL).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priority tasks.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience in architect-level design and solutioning (for Architect role).
SailPoint certifications (ISC/IIQ).
Experience with cloud identity security and DevOps-based deployments.
