• Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components (Rules, Workflows, Forms, Tasks).
• Create and modify BeanShell rules Provisioning rules, Validation rules, Aggregation rules.
• Configure Lifecycle Manager (LCM) workflows for joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Implement custom connectors when out-of-the-box connectors do not meet requirements.
• Build and update Identity Cubes, roles, entitlements, certification configurations.

2. Integration & Connector Development

• Build integrations with systems like AD, Azure AD, HRMS, Databases, SAP, Workday, SaaS apps.
• Configure applications for:
• Aggregation (pull)
• Provisioning (push)
• Reconciliation
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector issues, and account/entitlement mismatches.

3. Access Governance

• Implement Access Reviews / Certifications (Manager, Application, Role, SoD).
• Create and manage SoD policies, risk modeling, and role mining.
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and role lifecycle management.

4. Workflow & Automation

• Design automated workflows for:
• User onboarding
• Role assignment
• Access request fulfillment
• De-provisioning
• Build email templates, triggers, approval flows.

5. Scripting & Custom Development

• Write scripts using:
• BeanShell (primary for IIQ)
• Java (custom connectors or plugins)
• XML (UI customization, object configuration)
• Build plugins, dashboards, and reporting enhancements.

6. Deployment & Environment Management

• Move objects across environments (DEV QA PROD) using IIQ import/export.
• Work with Git/Jenkins for CI/CD in SailPoint environments.
• Perform application server deployments (Tomcat/JBOSS/WebSphere depending on setup).

7. Troubleshooting & Support

• Handle production issues: provisioning errors, job failures, & performance issues.
• Analyze logs (catalina logs, IIQ logs) and fix root-cause issues.
• Support audit teams during compliance validations.
