As a Sales Manager for Front Office Automation SaaS at Happy Visitor, your role involves driving B2B SaaS sales with a focus on Physical Security automation, facilities, or administration functions. Your primary objective is to acquire new accounts and exceed sales quotas consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for target markets. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including conducting meetings, product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, negotiating contracts, and more. - Maintain client engagement through regular meetings, calls, and visits. - Identify cross-sale/up-sell opportunities by building strong client relationships. - Prepare progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders. - Establish partnerships with external organizations to boost sales growth. - Conduct business reviews to address customer acquisition challenges. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions, specifically in Security automation, facilities, or administration software. - Proven track record of successfully closing large enterprise deals. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with C-level executives. - Ability to independently manage clients with minimal supervision. - Deep understanding of the front office automation market and industry trends. - Excellent time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to travel and work from the office.
