SaaS Marketer with 8+ years

You’ll lead global growth initiatives across markets, rapidly acquire customers, expand reach, and drive revenue. You’ll build and manage a marketing engine that delivers scalable results, combining the speed of a startup with the precision of a performance-led GTM team.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs)


  • Define and execute a unified global growth strategy spanning digital marketing, content, ABM, partnerships, and event channels.
  • Own and drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets globally, with full accountability for CAC and conversion metrics.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across Content, Product Marketing, Digital, and Growth Ops.
  • Deliver world-class demand generation and conversion-focused campaigns using data, experimentation, and automation.
  • Deeply collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, feedback loops, and GTM outcomes.
  • Use analytics to continuously optimise performance, shorten sales cycles, and reinforce product-market fit across regions.
  • Drive brand positioning and category leadership for our portfolio companies, particularly HumanFirewall.io.
  • Generate high-intent leads across international markets, using intent-based campaigns and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with Product to influence roadmaps based on regional insights and customer feedback.
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage external agencies or tech partners to scale execution.


What You Bring Skills


  • Proven success leading Marketing team for SaaS or cybersecurity products, ideally from startup to scale (50 to 300+ team size).
  • Deep expertise in Saas marketing, performance channels, conversion optimisation, and funnel analytics.
  • Highly proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, SQL, etc.).
  • Strategic thinking, balanced with tactical execution, can zoom out to set vision and zoom in to get things shipped.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and brand positioning capability, especially in competitive B2B markets.
  • Experience in cybersecurity is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
