RPA Developer

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the installation, configuration, network setup, version management, upgrades, and control/monitoring panels for UiPath.
• Anticipate and resolve technical issues and risks affecting automation implementations.
• Partner with security and risk teams to design solutions adhering to compliance policies.
• Actively contribute to system development and maintenance activities for RPA deployments.
• Review bots designed by others, perform code reviews, and recommend best practices.
• Define and enforce development, deployment, and support guidelines.
• Work with OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY).
• Develop using .NET (C#, VB), SQL, VBA, HTML, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
• Utilize source control systems (Git, Stash, Perforce) and follow best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Minimum 3 years of UiPath RPA development (SAP process automations, Excel automations, Python integrations).
• Engage in customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and SDLC processes.
• Facilitate application design sessions and prepare detailed design specifications.
• Automate browser-based, REST API, and database applications.
• Exposure to SAP-based technologies is an added advantage.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or MCA (no Diploma or 3-year degrees such as BCA/BSc).
• 6–8 years of industry experience with minimum 3 years recent experience in UiPath RPA development.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Orchestrator and full end-to-end RPA lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of .NET (C#, VB), VBA, HTML, SQL.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Experience with SAP automation.
• Strong OOP fundamentals and coding practices.
• Proven experience in bot design, development, deployment, and support.
• Must have job stability (minimum 2 years tenure in previous organizations).
• No significant employment gaps.
  

Nice to Have

• UiPath Advanced Certification.
• Exposure to AI, Cognitive, or Data Science integration with RPA.
• Experience designing strategies for enterprise RPA platform management.
  

Additional Details

• Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days.
• Work Location: Chennai (relocation is mandatory).
• Shift: Swing Shift (2 PM – 11 PM).
• Level: P3.
• Compensation: 14–21 LPA fixed; maximum CTC up to 28 LPA.
