Job Description

Role Overview: At BMC, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our RPA team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using industry-standard RPA tools. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in automation and a strong desire to grow in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and maintenance of RPA bots using platforms like PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. - Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand automation requirements. - Participate in the design and documentation of automation workflows. - Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and performance. - Provide support for deployed bots and troubleshoot issues as needed. - Maintain version control and documentation for all automation assets. - Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3-4 years of experience in RPA development. - Familiarity with RPA tools such as PowerAutomate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. - Basic programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java. - Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities.
