As an RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere) at our company, you will play a crucial role in integrating AI/ML capabilities into RPA workflows and extracting data from unstructured documents using tools and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include creating bots, designing workflows, and deploying solutions using Automation Anywhere 360. Additionally, you will work on integrating RPA with third-party systems via APIs and connecting automation solutions with various applications such as ERP, CRM, and legacy systems. Your knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be essential for project management, along with proficiency in SQL and database concepts. Your problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, will be key in this role. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a solid understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate AI/ML capabilities into RPA workflows - Extract data from unstructured documents using relevant tools and frameworks - Create bots, design workflows, and deploy solutions with Automation Anywhere 360 - Integrate RPA with third-party systems using APIs - Connect automation solutions with various systems and applications like ERP, CRM, and legacy systems - Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management - Utilize SQL and database concepts for effective implementation - Solve problems analytically and communicate effectively with team members Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of experience in RPA development - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere and UI Path - Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with different systems - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Knowledge of SQL and database concepts - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Kindly note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and the flexibility to work from home. The work schedule is set for day shifts from Monday to Friday, with an in-person work location type.
