Job Title: UiPath Solution Architect Location: Offshore, India Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath. Create stable, reusable, and scalable RPA solutions in UiPath. Define development methodologies and best practices for automation. Identify and implement appropriate UiPath components from the UiPath Product Suite. Provide solution designs to customers during new deployments, Proof of Concept (POC) phases, and project implementations. Oversee the development of automation projects and ensure alignment with solution design and requirements. Manage the testing, deployment, hyper-care, and monitoring phases. Review critical code components and facilitate knowledge transfer within the project team. Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#. Ensure the execution of complete testing cycles. Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints, providing necessary support for new and existing clients. Mentor and guide junior developers and architects Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a strong coding background. • Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and implementing automation workflows using UiPath. • Proven experience leading a team of at least four members. • Strong expertise in UiPath and its full product suite. • Deep understanding of workflow-based logic with hands-on experience in REFramework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding (DU) Framework. • Knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center. • Experience in Mainframe, SAP, or Citrix automation is a plus. • Familiarity with other RPA tools is an advantage. • UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certification is preferred. • Strong communication skills are essential. • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as VBA, VB, Java, C#, or equivalent (Python is a plus). • Knowledge of cognitive automation, OCR tools, and AI/ML technologies is beneficial. • Understanding UiPath infrastructure setup. • Experience working with UiPath Test Suite, Apps, and Insights is a plus. • Familiarity with Generative AI and the latest UiPath releases is beneficial. • Understanding of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus Interested candidates please share your resumes to amar.k@novatiosolutions.com

Role & responsibilities The RPA Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying automation workflows using RPA tools and supporting Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in UiPath Must be UiARD / UiADPv1 Certified Experience in Code fix, refactoring the code, remediating the bots in production.
