RPA Developer

As an RPA Developer at Epicenter Technology, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate and streamline manual business processes. You will collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost reductions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Uipath & Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop) and experience in Open source RPA Tool like OpenRPA, Robot Framework, and RPA using Python. - Develop and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency. - Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support for deployed automations. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other technologies and systems. - Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization. - Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools, trends, and best practices. - Ensure all automation solutions are developed in compliance with organizational standards and governance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery. - Provide support and maintenance for existing RPA processes. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - Proven 2-3 years of experience in developing RPA solutions with Power Automate (Cloud Flow and Desktop) and UiPath. - Experience in automating both back-office and front office business processes. - Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or VB.NET. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - RPA Developer Certification (UiPath or Power Automate) and experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
