RPA Developer

You are invited to join NextGen Group as an RPA Developer in Noida. As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows). - Analyze complex business processes in collaboration with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. - Create efficient, maintainable, and scalable RPA solutions for various business processes. - Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party applications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation solutions. - Document automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications. - Ensure compliance with best practices in RPA development, governance, and security. - Collaborate with IT and business teams for successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate. - Proficiency in API integration and data exchange between systems. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript (desirable). - Knowledge of other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an added advantage. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
