Job Title : RPA Developer

Job Type : Contract

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana / Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using AutoHotkey (AHK) and/or Microsoft Power Automate or Other RPA tools.


• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility


• Create and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and bots with high reliability and performance


• Integrate RPA solutions with desktop applications, web applications, databases, and APIs


• Handle exception management, error handling, and logging within automation solutions


• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA workflows


• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine automation logic


• Maintain documentation for RPA processes, workflows, and technical designs


• Monitor deployed bots and provide ongoing support and enhancements


• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices for automation


• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and maintainability


• Support version control, deployment, and change management for RPA solutions

  Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
