The Revenue Ops Analyst will be responsible for building SalesForce.com and HubSpot reports and dashboards to generate insights on sales performance data that drive reporting for Sales Operations and Marketing (lead) metrics. This individual will be responsible for building reports for closed business, win/loss analysis, pipeline management, and other sales outputs as the primary focus of this role.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Business Intelligence
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Work with large data sets including variance analysis and reporting
• Advanced understanding of Sales Operations KPI’s (pipeline coverage, forecasting accuracy, stage-weighting, win-rate, etc)
• Experience building reports for HubSpot
• Ability to accurately document and communicate reporting requirements.
