Revenue Operations Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused professional to join our Revenue Operations team as a Team Lead. This role will primarily focus on managing commissions, quotas, and process improvements across the revenue operations landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales/revenue operations, data analysis, and process automation, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration. The role will also be instrumental in scaling the Rev Ops function through new initiatives and efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, PMO, CS, Finance in a analytical role.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with additional tools (e.g., Sigma, Snowflake) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to present insights and ideas clearly to all levels of leadership.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for building scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Able to operate in a dynamic environment with changing priorities; brings structure and clarity to ambiguity.
