Role Overview: As a Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce & GTM Analytics) at Nasuni, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global Sales and Revenue Operations function by providing data-driven insights, ensuring CRM accuracy, and maintaining operational excellence. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in translating raw data into actionable business insights using platforms like Salesforce, Excel, SPIFF, and other GTM systems. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion rates, bookings, renewals, and productivity to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Deliver recurring and ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and insights to Sales, RevOps, and leadership teams. - Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor key business KPIs and ensure accurate data capture and system hygiene. - Translate data into business narratives and actionable recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams for consistent metrics and definitions. - Identify opportunities to automate data collection, streamline reporting workflows, and document key operational processes within Salesforce and other GTM systems. - Collaborate closely with the global RevOps team, communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and process monthly and quarterly sales commissions accurately using Excel and SPIFF. Qualifications: - Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a SaaS or technology organization. - Experience supporting commission processes or compensation administration using tools such as SPIFF or Excel preferred. - Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Salesforce for reporting, dashboards, and data management. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Understanding of key SaaS GTM metrics such as pipeline, ARR, bookings, conversion, churn, and renewal. - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights. - Collaborative mindset to work effectively across time zones and functions.
