Job Description

About Woods At Sasan

“Sustainably Luxurious, Mindfully Modern.”

Every role here isn’t just a job — it’s a calling to create deeper connections between people, nature, and culture.

Introduction

As a Revenue Manager, you’re the strategist behind the numbers — the one who turns insights into impact.

Your role sits at the heart of how the retreat grows, scales, and stays true to its mindful-luxury identity.

You’ll own pricing, forecasting, channel performance, and revenue optimisation with a calm, analytical, and future-ready approach.

Your mission: build a demand engine that’s profitable, purpose-led, and aligned with the soulful hospitality we stand for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end revenue strategy across rooms, experiences, wellness, dining, and ancillary streams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimise revenue in a mindful yet agile way.
  • Develop pricing models and forecasting plans rooted in data, seasonality, and guest behaviour insights.
  • Maximise profitability across all channels — direct, OTA, brand website, partnerships, and niche platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to build cohesive demand generation campaigns.
  • Own the retreat’s distribution strategy ensuring rate parity, visibility, and channel efficiency.
  • Analyse performance reports, pick out real signals (not noise), and adapt strategies proactively.
  • Guide leadership with revenue insights to support business decisions, budgets, and long-term planning.
  • Elevate guest value by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and package opportunities that align with our mindful experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure best practices in revenue governance.
  • Be an advocate of Woods At Sasan’s values — sustainability, clarity, and conscious growth — across every commercial decision.

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Revenue Management, or related fields.
    • 3–6 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within luxury, boutique, or wellness-led hospitality.
    • Strong grasp of pricing strategies, forecasting, channel management, and demand analytics.
    • Proficiency with RMS, PMS, CRS, and distribution platforms.
    • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to translate data into decisions that actually move the needle.
    • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • A mindset that balances commercial thinking with guest-centric and sustainability-focused values.
    • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and tuned into fast-changing market dynamics.

    We Offer

    • A biophilic, mindful workplace where nature literally becomes part of your everyday workflow.
    • Opportunities to grow personally and professionally within a purpose-driven hospitality group.
    • Exposure to holistic luxury operations, wellness-driven business models, and sustainable revenue practices.
    • A culture that prioritises balance, creativity, innovation, and conscious leadership.
