Intro

As an HR Manager, you are the culture-keeper of the retreat — the one who shapes how people feel, grow, and thrive within Woods At Sasan.

Your role is pivotal in nurturing a workplace that reflects our ethos of mindfulness, sustainability, and conscious hospitality.

You’ll lead talent management, learning, engagement, and HR operations with an approach rooted in empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Your mission: build a team that’s inspired, aligned, and empowered — a team that brings soulful hospitality to life every day.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Identify and attract talent aligned with the retreat’s mindful-luxury values and cultural philosophy.
  • Strengthen a culture of purpose, balance, and continuous learning through engagement initiatives and HR programs.
  • Oversee training and development activities that elevate service excellence and mindful hospitality skills.
  • Ensure HR policies are followed in a fair, transparent, and people-first manner.
  • Resolve employee concerns with sensitivity, confidentiality, and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Guide leaders and department heads on team development, communication, and performance management.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws, audit requirements, and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to forecast manpower needs and support organizational growth.
  • Be an ambassador of Woods At Sasan’s values — from sustainability to emotional well-being — within every people practice.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury/boutique environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, hospitality workforce needs, and people processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills rooted in empathy and clarity.
  • Ability to stay composed, fair, and balanced while handling complex situations.
  • Experience with HRMS tools, performance systems, and training modules.
  • A mindset aligned with conscious leadership, cultural sensitivity, and team well-being.
