Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize revenue performance across hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the hospitality sector, with expertise in revenue strategies, forecasting, and channel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement room pricing and revenue strategies.
• Forecast demand and analyze booking trends to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Manage OTA channels, rate parity, and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.
• Generate performance reports and recommend revenue-enhancing actions.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue management (hospitality sector preferred).
• Proficiency in PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, and OTA extranets.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Preferred Delhi/NCR–based only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,910.65 - ₹55,000.00 per month
