• Monthly sales growth from newly added franchisees
• Average revenue per franchise partner
• Activation rate and first 30 days performance of new franchisees
• Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets

4. Training and Onboarding Quality

• Number of franchisees successfully trained
• Training satisfaction score
• Onboarding completion within defined timelines
• Operational readiness of franchise partners

5. Relationship and Partner Success

• Franchise partner satisfaction and retention rate
• Frequency of partner visits or review calls
• Issue resolution turnaround time
• Support provided to improve franchisee profitability

6. Branding and Local Marketing

• Execution of area level branding initiatives
• Local marketing campaigns delivered through franchisees
