Revenue Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the revenue management department, where all aspects of the hotels reservations and meeting & events enquiries are managed and handled to attain and adhere to both property and company standards. Working proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, you will deliver a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to identify key revenue management metrics, communicate them effectively, and ensure their delivery. Maintain reports and tracking tools in line with defined initiatives & targets. - Effectively manage the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance while promoting the company culture and values. - Prepare and be responsible for the departmental budget, control costs and departmental inventory, and ensure target productivity and performance levels are attained. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, ensuring all communications/activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner. - Review and scrutinize the business performance, provide recommendations to drive financial performance, and work with internal and external partners on adhoc projects. - Ensure adherence to all legislation by planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence requirements and best practice activities for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software.
