Job Description

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of revenue recognition and ensure accuracy during monthly and quarterly financial closes — your inputs directly influence strategic planning and forecasting
Design and maintain strong billing processes that ensure timely and consistent revenue capture — a critical driver of the company’s financial health
Ensure end-to-end control over billing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking — aligning with the company’s growth strategy and compliance needs
Serve as the audit-ready expert — maintain transparent documentation and support internal and external audits with confidence
Drive collections by building strong vendor/client relationships — every rupee you recover accelerates our financial momentum.
Craft data-backed insights through MIS — support leadership decisions with accurate, timely reports and revenue intelligence
Play a pivotal role in client negotiations — manage agreements and commercial structures that balance client needs and company interests.
Lead with clarity — guide a high-performing team and instill discipline, structure, and accountability
Identify risks and implement strong financial controls — your work ensures a secure and scalable billing infrastructure

Required Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA)
6-8 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Billing, and Collections
Deep understanding of revenue processes and commercial contracts
Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills
Team leadership with a strategic mindset
Hands-on with billing systems and reporting tool
