About the Role• Strategic ownership of enterprise accounts, driving delivery, client experience, andrevenue growth. • Responsible for managing a cross-functional team across operations, upsell, cross-sell, and client engagement. • Act as the single point of contact and internal champion for the client, ensuringexceptional service and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage end-to-end operations, delivery, and client success for high-valueenterprise accounts.• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client needs and AuthBridge’sservice offerings.• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Compliance) to ensure on-timeand high-quality service delivery.• Monitor and improve account health metrics, team performance, and clientsatisfaction levels.• Develop deep client relationships, understand pain points, and proactively suggestsolutions.• Deliver periodic performance reports and insights to both internal stakeholders andclients. Must Have Work Experience • 7–10 years of experience with a strong focus on people management and client-facing roles. • Prior experience in client success, operations, or customer delivery roles.• Proven ability to manage large enterprise relationships and drive business outcomes.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage metrics andimprove service.• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred. Qualification & Functional Skills• Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute (MBA preferred).• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing ability at senior levels.• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data-driven reporting.• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. • Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.• Competencies:o Client Centricityo Analytical Thinkingo People Leadershipo Strategic Executiono Collaboration & Team Management
