Key Responsibilities - Act as a trusted partner for client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S. clients, focusing on value delivery. - Conduct discovery discussions to understand client business goals and challenges. - Collaborate with internal teams to design and present suitable IT solution recommendations. - Facilitate smooth project execution by aligning client expectations with delivery teams. - Provide ongoing client support, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive account growth. Qualifications Required - 8+ years of experience in client success, client servicing, account management, or consulting roles within IT services/solutions. - Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients. - Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with solutions. - Willingness to work in U.S. time zones.
