This role is 100% virtual and you can work from anywhere in the country with a flexible schedule -- all you need is a laptop and an Internet connection! We're looking for a "unicorn" -- the best of the best. Someone who lives, breathes, eats, sleeps and dreams sales and the consultative selling process. You'll be speaking with some of the sharpest entrepreneurs in the country on the phone or Zoom, diagnosing their business problems and providing suggestions to scale, and if its the right fit -- enrolling them into our UAbility Blue program, thats designed to launch and scale online consulting businesses to 1Cr/year or more. Key responsibilities: 1. Total calls - 200/day 2. Total bookings = 20/day 3. Morning Huddles via zoom @ 9am. 4. End of Day report; Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM 5. Generate calls per month through organic and outbound methods as necessary What you'll be doing You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients into the training program. As well as assisting with defaulted payments, handling refund requests and assisting client success teams as needed. - Prospecting/BD: You will have a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources. - Setting appointments: Generate quality appointments using outbound dialling for your closers. - Sales coordination: Approving and grading applications, confirming calls on Whatsapp, and reporting. - Qualification calls: Calling disapproved applications and double-checking if they're a good fit. - Daily execution of team & administrative tasks. Who you are We're looking for a sales rep with a proven track record of closing deals. You should have: #1. You are hungry (can't wait years for a promotion) and comfortable working on commissions only. #2. Experience selling on the phone, or in person is great, but not mandatory. You have not just been on a sales team, you have consistently closed deals and been right at the top of your leaderboard. #3. Experience with higher ticket service offerings and the consultative selling style (appreciated). #4. A hungry and highly coachable personality, who prefers to follow a proven process for success. #5. Desires to be part of a sales culture based off mutual respect, personal responsibility, and celebrating your teammates success, as well as your own. #6. Outstanding at identifying their own errors, self-correcting them, and doesnt require consistent sales coaching to produce exceptional results. #7. Because talent shouldn't have borders :) And due to the rate at which we are growing, we are currently seeking to bring on more team members to join us in pursuit of this mission This is where you come in About this role The purpose of this role is to manage and support client accounts to ensure long-term client retention and success NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere Key Responsibilities: Client Management - Manage up to 40 client accounts - Conduct weekly Q&A calls (8 per week) - Perform 1-on-1 calls, including onboarding and follow-ups - Provide support via email and community within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) - Track client attendance and progress Communication and Coordination - Maintain detailed client notes in our CRM - Coordinate with other departments as needed - Attend daily CS meetings (Monday-Friday at 10:00am IST) - Communicate with leadership on uncertain matters Client Success and Retention - Achieve 30% client retention/upgrade rate - Keep refund/cancellation rate below 3% - Encourage clients to post their achievements - Guide clients to attend necessary group calls Continuous Improvement - Monitor and engage in Skool groups - Identify gaps in training materials - Suggest changes to improve client support - Shadow senior team members on calls/coaching sessions Product and Process Knowledge - Become fluent in company products (e.g., UAbility Blue) - Understand and implement the upgrade process - Maintain integrity of client success standards Professional Development - Develop business acumen - Adapt to gradual increase in workload and responsibilities - Be available during core hours (approximately 9-5) for team/client communication - Attend team meetings and scheduled group coaching calls Qualifications At UAbility, we want people who are amazing culture fits over anything else.
