Revenue Assurance Manager

Candidate responsible for overseeing the surveillance systems, analyzing recorded footage, and reporting any suspicious or illegal activities detected.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple CCTV screens simultaneously across our business locations along highways
• Identify, investigate, and report security breaches or suspicious activities
• Regularly inspect and perform maintenance checks on surveillance equipment
• Record and store all footage captured by the cameras
• Write daily logs and incident reports

Job Brief:

The ideal candidate should have experience in surveillance systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to remain focused during long observation periods.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the control room
• Adhere to protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV control room and its facilities
• Conduct regular checks and perform routine maintenance of CCTV equipment
• Report suspicious activities and document incidents
• Assist law enforcement authorities in investigations and operations
• Ensure data privacy is maintained at all times
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and follow emergency procedures
• Perform other duties as required by management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and operations
• Familiarity with public safety and security protocols
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Highly vigilant and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
