Ensure alignment with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) principles and implement TMF Open APIs to support modular, standards-based integrations. Support go-to-market efforts with product positioning, field enablement, solution demos, and technical documentation. Key Skills and Qualifications: 1518 years of total industry experience, with 8–10 years in telecom BSS/OSS product management or solution architecture. Strong functional knowledge of telecom domains including customer onboarding, CRM, order management, billing, Inventory and service assurance. Deep experience with at least one major CRM platform: Oracle Siebel, Amdocs, Netcracker, or Salesforce (Telco Cloud). Proven track record in creating PRDs, product strategy documents, and feature specifications in enterprise telecom environments. Good to have Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts, especially Agentic AI, and their practical application in telecom workflows. Experience with microservices-based architecture, TMF ODA, and Open APIs. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and DevOps pipelines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators or global system integrators.
