Job Description

Seeking a Performance Marketer for an Apparel brand in Mumbai!


Key Responsibilities


  • Ownership of customer Retention Marketing activities that add Value to the Customers & deliver high Customer SatisfactionRetention Strategy Development: Devise and execute comprehensive retention strategies, including targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalised experiences, to maximise customer retention rates.
  • Customer Segmentation: Analyse customer data to identify key segments and tailor retention strategies to address the unique needs and preferences of different customer groups and genders.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Implement effective lifecycle marketing campaigns to guide customers through various stages, from onboarding to post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points, ultimately enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer retention across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs and metrics to track the success of retention initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimise strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different retention strategies to identify the most effective approaches and continuously optimise campaigns for better performance.


Job Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in a retention-focused role within the e-commerce or D2C industry, preferably in kidswear, apparel or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of customer behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing platforms, WhatsApp for business, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ambition to stay ahead of the curve in marketing automation. 
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work with the Marketing and Creative Team to develop innovative and engaging retention campaigns.
  • Analyse and present data with actionable insights. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
