Retention Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management:

  Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Erekrut’s services.

• Retention Strategy:

  Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase renewal rates.

• Onboarding & Training:

  Guide new customers through product onboarding and ensure they’re equipped to maximize value from our Talent Suite.

• Usage Monitoring:

  Track client usage patterns and proactively reach out to underutilizing accounts.

• Upsell & Cross-sell:

  Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services, features, or packages.

• Feedback Loop:

  Collect client feedback to improve product offerings and pass insights to the product & sales teams.

• Issue Resolution:

  Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolution.

Requirements

• Experience:

  2–4 years in customer success, account management, or client retention (HR Tech, SaaS, or recruitment services preferred).

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; strong interpersonal skills.

• Analytical Ability:

  Ability to interpret customer data to identify risks and opportunities.

• Sales Acumen:

  Comfortable with upselling and cross-selling to drive account growth.

• Tech Skills:

  Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting.

• Mindset:

  Customer-first approach, problem-solving attitude, and goal-oriented.
