Retention Marketing:

1. Marketing automation-

   One who understands & has experience around marketing automation. Understanding of in-app events , user personal, funnel conversions , analyse trends and develop strategies for growth.

2. Develop and execute strategy

   : Create and optimise retention strategies through A/ B testing approach and finding improvement areas. Increase both new and repeat sales through re-engagement strategies. Develop goals, strategy, metrics, and execution plans to bring retention at the core of marketing drivers.

3. Analyzing data

   : Using data to understand customer behavior and funnel dropoffs

4. Building campaigns

   : Developing and delivering campaigns to improve funnel conversion rates, reactivate, and increase customer lifetime value

5. Monitoring performance

   : Closely monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results with automated dashboards. Good with SQL and data visualisation.

6. Identifying trends

   : Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value

7. Collaborating with teams

   : Working with cross-functional teams to create and prepare new campaigns

8. Evaluating programs

   : Evaluating program results and optimizing as needed

9. Leading projects

   : Leading ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve the business revenue

10. Should be self motivated to drive new initiatives and programs that can help in business growth.
